If you choose to cancel your support services, you will need to contact our Billing Department for a refund within 30 days of subscription start date. Please be advised that for subscription based plans Cancellation fee of $49.99 and $29.99 Per Resolved incident fee do apply. If we cannot resolve even your single issue, then you will receive the appropriate reimbursement from our Billing Department.
you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
1. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved by a Sunworld Soft Pvt . Ltd.
2. 30 days have not passed after the issue was last resolved by a Sunworld Soft Pvt . Ltd.
3. If your subscription plan included any software, the price of the software will not be refunded in case of cancellation of service.
4. Any issue will be amicably resolved and refund will be agreed upon agreement from both side.
Disputes about Billing:-
